Simulink signal dimension error after creating a subsystem

Hi, I built up model in Simulink and it runs normally. When I create a subsystem for a part of the model, a signal dimension error occurs in the subsystem. So there are some mux and demux and the signal dimension on some paths shows a '?'. The signal dimensions are just normal when the subsystem is not created. Has anyone encountered similar issues before? Thanks.
