Regarding Stationary Markov Distribution and Quiver Plot

I have transition matrix of a Markov chain and from that, I have found the Stationary Distribution. Now how can I use this distribution to visualize that irrespective of the starting point, all the points will move towards the point that represents lambda = 1. I have an idea that it will require Quiver Plot to show the direction. But I am just not sure how to do this. it would be really helpful if someone can help me out.
