simulink (inc. xilinx system generator) model opening is very slow

Hi

It takes up to 15min to open my current Simulink model. Major parts are based on Xilinx System Generator blockset located in a personal library. The library is included in a svn system (Tortoise/Subversion)

How can I decrease opening duration?

Depending on third party Software/Hardware I have to use either: - Matlab 2013b and Xilinx System Generator 14.7 or - Matlab 2015a and Xilinx System Generator 2015.4

in both cases opening time is approx. the same

Try to comment out the Xilinx System Generator blocks. If that makes the model open fast, then the issue is related to the third-party blocks from Xilinx. In this case, please contact Xilinx Tech Support for further assistance:
