To choose a different language, select one from the following: mex -setup C++ mex -setup FORTRAN

when i choose: mex -setup FORTRAN, it shows: Error using mex No supported compiler or SDK was found. You can install the freely available MinGW-w64 C/C++ compiler; see Install MinGW-w64 Compiler. For more options, see http://www.mathworks.com/support/compilers/R2015b/win64.html.

but if i choose:mex -setup C++ it shows: MEX configured to use 'MinGW64 Compiler (C++)' for C++ language compilation. It seems that you don't have a supported compiler for FORTRAN. Please follow the below link to install a supported compiler for FORTRAN:
