contiguous surface for pde problems.

I have to create two contiguous surfaces, mesh, boundary conditions as well as pde equations. The two surface can be also concentric. Can someone help me with this?

For such a vague question, I can give only a generic answer: take a look at Getting Started with PDE Toolbox, and then PDE Problem Setup. If, after that, you have a specific question, maybe you'll get a more specific answer.
