Live script loading problem on windows 7

I just installed MATLAB 2016 and when I loaded it,it loaded fine,but I tried running live script and a dialog box pops up saying live script not supported on the operating system configuration. Wat can I do. Please help

Same error message here except I'm using Linux. I've never tried the Live Editor before. I'm running R2017a.
