memory error : out of memory: image processing

Hi All, I am running the image processing code and I'd say that code was worked properly before (last week). I face up the memory error" Caused by: Out of memory. Type HELP MEMORY for your options.

Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback

I have tried to unchecked the limit of maximum array size in preference window. But I cannot find the tab (in workspace window there is only statistical calculation part) is there any solution to do that?

Please post the code you are using, and size() of each of the variables and images.
