Different domains in differential equations

I need to identify three different domains where different sets of differential equations and boundary conditions exist. I do not intend to use PDE tool for solving the problems but I do not know how to manage the problem. For one single domain I am able to solve the problem, but I do not know how to interface the other two parts. The domains are adjacent.
