Hi,
I am a new user MATLAB user. I wanted to look at a couple of signals using the Signal Analyzer app. After starting it I can only plot the signals. The tab "view" contains only the tree options: "Displays","Clear display" and "Legend". The "Time", "Spectrum" and "Spectrogram" buttons are missing.
I am using a student version of Matlab R2016a, the Signal Processing Toolbox comes already installed with it (Ive checked it with the var command).
How can I get the missing buttons displayed? What am I doing wrong?
Thanks for the help!

You may need to update your MATLAB to a newer version to see the other buttons. Based on the release notes at
The frequency domain analysis is added in R2016b.

Hi Aleksander, You are using MATLAB R2016a and spectrum analysis was added to the Signal Analyzer app in R2016b. The spectrogram view was added to the app in R2017a.
Thanks
