Hi,
My linux installation (antergos) comes with gcc/gfortran 6.3.1 but mex does not compile properly with this version which is not supported.
I also installed gcc-4.9,g++-4.9 and intel fortran ifort. I can compile and run successfully using
mex CXX='g++-4.9' file.cpp
mex FC='ifort' file.F
but when using
mex -setup
Matlab does not find gcc-4.9, or ifort... I tried making changes to mexopts.sh without effect.
Any help would be very welcome!
