Is parallel compute toolbox necessory when I solved a problemes using parallel comupting method?
How to compute using parallel computing method?

Well, yes, you need the Parallel Comüuting Toolbox to use the Parallel Computing Toolbox. But you can solve a problem with parallelization without this toolbox also, e.g. by starting multiple Matlab sessions.
