How to design virtual network for mobile network ?

I have to design virtual network for 5G mobile network I need to simulate my network into Matlab as I don't have any knowledge about Matlab but I start as beginner and watch loads of videos still confused where I have to start with ?

- Design we assume one topology with getaway and multi access router which they are connected to getaway to share packet to each , although each access router has shortest path to reduce cost or for other reason such as control data rate , bandwidth,and etc. For physical network resource we have to consider bandwidth,CPU,and memory available of each node.That's come to account for designing virtual network what limit do we have and how to synchronous virtual network and available physical network together without interruption , less cost effective way, and balance load for each nodes. Calculating high priority packet and deliver it on-time is challenging in order to keep cost down , check every shortest path also maintain same flow for each links.In case we do not have optimal solution network should in short time consider shortest path to final destination which in this paper design two short path.In addition,when user request packet from network has to store temporarily in case of network failure but that needs to be check how much CPU,storage,bandwidth is available.
