Undefined function 'gaoptimset' for input arguments of type 'char'.

I use matlab R2017a and setup global optimization toolbox(trial).
When I run below code, the error was occurred with this description.
Error: Undefined function 'gaoptimset' for input arguments of type 'char'.
How do I fix this error?
options=gaoptimset('Display','iter','Generations',700,'InitialPopulation',ip);*

Ensure that you have Global Optimization Toolbox installed by running
ver
If you don't have it, then reinstall it. If you have it, then contact technical support for installation issues.

Global Optimization Toolbox Version 3.4.2 (R2017a)
I may need to reinstall all matlab....
