PDE Toolbox. Matlab 2017. Setting initial temperature for each shape in the figure.

Hello. I am using PDE toolbox of Matlab 2017 to do some heat transfer models. I need to know how to set initial temperature for each individual shape (rectangle, circle) in the overall structure.
