Can someone point me where to go next, if I see these errors on my first attempt to use Simulink in MATLAB 32 bit 2015b (Data Acquisition Toolbox 32 bit installed, working in regular MATLAB):
1.) Can not save or save-as a Simulink model: I type "simulink" the Simulink Library Browser starts, I click the "+" button to make a new model, I immediately try to save the "untitled" file to a name with save-as or save, the simulink box blinks, nothing happens. Where to go from here?
2.) in the new simulink model, I can add most blocks like math blocks, and instrument control toolbox boxes, but when I try to add boxes from Data Acquisition Toolbox, like analog input, the mouse arrow turns to a busy circle pointer, then it hangs (stays in that state forever, a night, until I end the MATLAB process. Where do I go from here?
NOTE: in regular matlab, without starting Simulink, Data Acquisition toolbox functions do indeed work, and I can get my NI DAQs to output a signal.
3.) I see on the MATLAB command window that "Stateflow initialization failed. Most likely a bad build." How do I begin to understand what this means when google-ing yields no results?
Thanks XW
