I cannot find any reference to the ‘FDA Toolbox’ in the online documentation or in the File Exchange.
Giving correct information is important. What are you actually using to design your filter?
If you want to see the Bode plot of your filter, use the freqz function for a discrete filter, or the freqs function for a continuous filter.

In R2017a, I do not have fdatool. It was replaced by FilterDesigner. From the FilterDesigner documentation, you can export the filter coefficients to a .mat file. Load the .mat file into your workspace, then use the numerator and denominator polynomials in the freqz or freqs functions.
