I have written a code in Matlab and that is running well but when i am linking it with Simulink i am not able to see the output in Scope. I have tried a lot but not getting output and there is no error in the code as well as in simulink compilation. I am attaching my file here.

Hey,
I have ran your script. The output is 0 and that's was shown in the scope. You defined the output "a" as always 0. That's probably not what you meant..

If you want to plot y you need to output y from your matlab function. In your particular case just substitute
a=0;
by
a=y;
