Hi i need a help: who to calculate the dice similarity coefficient between to segmented images values

manual-segmented:75.8,88.45,79.38,70.14,86.34,84.05,80.52,76.84,82.23,87.67,92.71,92.32

auto-segmented: 94.05,89.05,86.03,100.0,96.02,88.03,84.06,80.05,85.54,93.00,94.00,95.03

your help is nice but i need to find the dice similarity in my set of values. which i attached already here

That question gives it. And if you run it on your data you'll find the coefficient is 0 because none of your values match.
