optimisation of function parameter

I have a function :intra(vdays,high,low,close1,bollU,bollD). bollU and bollD are the input parameters. I want to optimise the result by changing these input parameters. How can I do it?

Learn to use the various optimization tools. That means tools like fminsearch, the optimization toolbox, global optimization toolbox, etc. Your question is too vague to know which tool might apply. Are there constraints? Integer variables, etc?
