I want to calculate AUC score by using trapz function , integrating across rows. My matrix has dimension (180*10). So, There should be a table with 180 rows a and one column of AUC scores.

Are you talking about Area Under Curve-AUC? If you apply in the complete matrix having the stated dimension, I don't seem any problem.

To repeat:
From the documentation:
- Q = trapz(_,dim) integrates along the dimension dim using any of the previous syntaxes.
So to integrate across rows, use 2 for ‘dim’.
A more specific example with ‘A’ as your array:
AUC = trapz(A,2);
