MATLAB Crash upon startup

I have installed the R2017a version of the Matlab onto my machine, and now I am facing a difficult problem that it is crashing immediately after I initiate it without any errors. I have found the error crash report in my Appdata\Local\Temp files and have pasted it below. Any ideas on what has caused this and how to fix it?

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling matlab, updated my graphics drivers, and changed the preference files in Appdata\Roaming\Mathworks

You need windows 7 sp1 instead of just windows 7
