Parameter identification BLDC with real measurments

Hey there. I have a working BLDC model. Now I want to identify the right parameters. I have some data from the real motor, including voltage applied, current measurment and rpm. The measured current from the real motor is obtained directly in the supply line, not in each phase. So where do I compare my measured current?
