Forecasting and predict using Artificial Neural Networking

I selected a data set for my project from https://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/Bank+Marketing. This is based on bank telemarketing. I normalized the data set and try to train. I got the below graph.

The data didn't plot along the curve. What is the reason for this. What should I do for this. I want to create a GUI Interface to predict for new value also. Please help me. Thank you.
