Matlab online is not working for me. It is showing "You already have an active Matlab session. Do you want to log out of the session and start a new one?" When I clicked "yes", it simply is not working. What should I do?

try resetting your MATLAB Online session:

1. Go to https://drive.matlab.com
2. Log in
3. In upper right, click on your name and select “Show Hidden Files”
4. Delete all content in the .session folder
5. Go to https://matlab.mathworks.com
6. Log in

Try some common debugging steps for browser based apps first

• ensure your brower is up to date
• try in a different browser
• try clearing your cache & cookies

If after all that, you still cannot launch MATLAB Online, please contact support.

Try clearing cache and reload the page. Try to do hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R on Chrome). Try with a different browser Clear cookies and try to reproduce the issue.

I am having the same problem as the Asker, however, I cannot do a hard refresh as I am trying to use the MATLAB mobile app. i have tried logging out and reinstalling the app. Nothing has worked yet.
