Invalid Mex-file! the specified module could not be found

I have compiled a simple math('2+2') code in matlab, and I am getting an error related to missing of a Mex file, I checked with dependency walker and tit showed the libmex.dll and libmx.dll are missing, I added these two files to directory which matlab was complaining about the missing of the dll file and also added the original path of these dll files to the system directory, but still I get the same error message! I appreciate anyone's help on this.

To be noted that I am using Matlab 2014b (32bit) on a 64bit machine for some technical reasons.
