Does the Matlab Student unbundled version includes the PDE tool?

I am planning to buy MATLAB student unbundled version but need to know before I make the purchase if the PDE tool is included or do I have to buy as an additional add-on. And if not included, then how much is it?

Unbundled contains no toolboxes. PDE Toolbox is available for $49 more
It seems that the bundled version is the best bet, especially because currently extra toolboxes cost only $10 more each. But make your own decision.
