Does the nlgreyest function require uniformly sampled data?

I'd like to use the nlgreyest function to estimate the parameters of an ODEs system. The system models some social phenomena and unfortunately the reference time series for system outputs possess NaNs. Also the time ranges of time series are different for different outputs. My question is - will the nlgreyest function accept such incomplete data or it requires uniformly sampled data without NaNs?
