Hi,
I want to create a sine wave with a given bandwidth, a plot similar to this,
Say my frequency is 20Hz, amplitude is 20 and bandwidth is 4.

How about just using the formula for sine:
x = linspace(......
y = 20 * sin(2*pi*20*x);

Hi, This will give me uniform sine wave how about specifying the bandwidth? my fc=20kHz; f2-f1=4kHz. I'm also interested in having sine plot similar to the below image where the bandwidth is not in a square form.

A sine wave does not have a bandwidth. The bandwidth is zero because it's a single frequency. To get something with a bandwidth that's not zero, you'd have to have something different than a pure sine wave.
