I attach USB cable with web camera and it appears that no camera found.

I attach USB cable with web camera and it appears that no camera found.
How do I solve?

USB extension cables are uncommon. They are possible, but they are uncommon. It would be more common to have put in a USB hub or small USB switch to extend to reach. I would worry about whether you are getting a valid extension. Can you PC see the webcam?

Is this a PC or Mac? If PC, bring up Device Manager and see if there is a category called "Imaging Devices" with your webcam listed. If Windows doesn't even see it, then there is no chance MATLAB will. Are you using the webcam capabililty or the imaqtool app?
