            I normalized a heatmap using h.ColorScaling='scaledrows' as seen - https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/heatmap.html
Can I access all these normalized data? I am wanting to order them as they are normalized, but scattered and I want to order them numerically, not by name or category.

        There is not a direct way to access this normalized data. However, it is relatively straightforward to calculate. Consider the following code:
data = h.ColorData;
maxes = max(data, [], 2);
data_normalized = data ./ maxes;
After executing these commands, each row of the "data_normalized" matrix will be normalized.
