Log data Simulink-Arduino Uno on Sd card

Hi! I'm running a Simulink model in the Arduino Uno board and at the end of the simulation I'd like to save the results in the Sd card attached to the board. How can I do it? Thanks for your help!

By chance, did you ever find anything? I ran into the same issue. That thing on file exchange doesn't use compatible libraries.

I already tried this one, but I have not the Adafruit shield but the Ethernet shield and so I think the libraries are not compatible.
