To unsubscribe or resubscribe to email notifications, you can update your Email Preferences. You will be asked to enter your email address, to which you will receive a response from service@go.mathworks.com containing directions for updating your preferences.
To unsubscribe:
- Check the box for "Remove from All"
- Click "Submit"
- You will be redirected to a confirmation page and receive an email confirming your new opt out status
To resubscribe:
- Do NOT check the box for "Remove from All" - this must remain unchecked to opt in
- Click "Submit"
- You will be redirected to a confirmation page and receive an email confirming you are now subscribed
Please note, you will still receive e-mails regarding licensing, new releases, and prereleases if you are associated to a license. If you feel that you should no longer be associated to the license(s), please contact Customer Service or the License Administrator know so you can be removed from the license.
