Why do I have "License checkout failed" problem on MATLAB 2017b on Ubuntu 17.10 after I activate MATLAB?

I have same error every time when I tried to run MATLAB.
License checkout failed.
License Manager Error -8
Make sure the HostID of the license file matches this machine, and that the HostID on the SERVER
line matches the HostID of the license file.

Try accessing MATLAB as root?
sudo su
matlab
