I have UMC404HD external sound card. I want to use this card as data acoustion board. The board has 4 channels but when I described the board to matlab, it can see only 2 channels. How can I solve this problem?

Core MATLAB only supports 2-channel audio. You will probably need to use the Instrument Control Toolbox (link) to do what you want. (I do not have it, so I have no experience with it.)
