build neural network to classification eye movement

hello,I have dataset for eye movement explain below in excel :x,y, left eye, right eye, time, I extracted the 12 features distance, min dist, ratio speed, angel, velocity, acceleration, standard deviation, mean, now I want to learn it in neural network ,how can that I understand the fundamentals of neural, the select case or pattern should be random ?should be generated random data set to train before use my data?
