what does the "%#ok<NASGU>" mean

[success, message] = mkdir(dir); %#ok<NASGU> I want to know the meaning of "%#ok<NASGU>".

Hi dao2shui,
NASGU is the ID for the message, e.g., 'The value assigned here to variable 'nothandle' might never be used.'.

This message ignore the error of conflict in the statement.you can use it when Another assignment overwrites the value of the variable before an operation uses it.
