How to divide the circle into specified sectors????

Hi, I have to divide the Circle in specified sectors.... . The angles and radius for cirlces should be specified by some criteria......

So generate a mesh of points at the desired polar angle and radius.
help meshgrid
Convert to cartesian coordinates.
help pol2cart
Plot the result.
