How to split this arrays?

Hello! Everybody~ Here is Example for my question!
a = [0 0 1 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 1];
Like the image above, I wanna split this array for including another values.
%
b = [0 0 1];
c = [0 0 0 0 1];
d = [0 0 0 0 0 0 1];
