Problem interfacing Arduino mega with Simulink

Hi, I want to interface Arduino Mega with matlab2015a and Simulink. I downloaded all the libraries (Mtlab+Simulink) and Arduino is working properly with Matlab. But when I was going to interfaced it with Simulink errors occurred. The error was "COM port of your Arduino didn't match with the COM port of your windows". I also attached the image.pdf file in which all snap shorts are added. Please help me to fix the problem as soon as possible.
