Matlab standalone executable error after installation.

I have created a matlab standalone executable for my project. The project includes multiple functions and 2 GUI of which one is primary and the other is used while execution of the code. After installation of matlab runtime compiler and the standalone executable the primary gui works where the user can select a file for analysis but after that the execution stops(What should have happened is that the application reads through the user file and plots in the second gui and perform some analysis). I have no idea why this is happening. I do not know where to look for error or the issue. Can anyone help?
