how to find z=f(x,y)?

Hi
i know x,y,z. x,y and z are matrix, (4002x1). i want to know funtion of x,y,z...z=f(x,y). How to find?
please answer me...

Hi Suji,
You may take the help of curve fitting approach to determine z = f(x,y). This will give you an approximation of the function. Here is the documentation link that you may find useful, https://in.mathworks.com/help/curvefit/fit.html
