Actually, there is no specific equation of 5 DOF manipulator. Instead, there is a generalized equation and you have to adapt it to your problem. My suggestion is for you is to understand the mathematics of it by writing the equations by hand.

@myar ahmed: Your question is vague yet. The best answer I know is: "Yes." But most likely you want to get more details. Then remember, that there are many different "5 DOF robot manipulators", because the degrees of freedom (or joints) can be of different types: translation, rotation, cardanic, etc. So please specify, what you need with details.

Thank you @Jan Simon I need the dynamic model of 5DOF serial manipulator. Joint type is revolution. @bird man I read many papers for the model of 5DOF but not that same as I want.

1. Where are you going to implement this model, MATLAB or Simulink?
2. If Simulink, do you know how to use Simscape?
3. If MATLAB, do you know how to use Symbolic Toolbox?
