How can i extract the peaks of the signals sin and cosine ?

Hello, i am working on a closing loop control in simulink... i have two input signals Cos and Sine ... i need to extract their peaks positive and negative ... i need the values of peaks to do my control ... how can i extract the peaks values of each signal ?
