I want to check are there any sound are being play on any program from this computer by using MATLAB.

As you can see the standard Volume Mixer on Windows, this program always display bar graph and the level of the signal that being play.

I need to check are there any sound are being play on this computer and use it to trigger some event in my MATLAB program.
