Sensors' calibration, data acquisition and analysis on knee joint angles?

My teammates and I are working on a project that is based on the movement analysis during Parkour exercises: our goal is in particular to analyze the coordination during a pre-defined itinerary and to compare athletes with different experience and skill level (basic vs. advanced). For the very definition of coordination that we found, our achievement would be to obtain the knee joint angles.
We have at our disposal 5 Xsens sensors (from the MTw Awinda Development Kit) and each one of those detects three parameters: the magnetic field, the orientation (which is essential to calculate the position of the sensors) and finally the acceleration, all of them 3D.
We will place one of the five sensors on the athlete's pelvis, other two on the upper legs and the last two on the lower legs (as seen in the picture).
Sadly, we do not know exactly both how to calibrate the sensors and how to elaborate and work with the datas that we acquire (how to obtain the knee joint angles from the informations that we have).
Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you in advance for your time and your help.

Hello Vittorio, I wanted to ask you if you were able to perform the calibration and data collection as you wanted
