How do I create exe file for a C++ program that uses matlab plots?

Hello! I created a C++ program, and from Visual Studio I linked some matlab libraries. When I run the code, the calculation is done via VS with C++ and then it calls matlab for plotting.

So how can I create exe file for the program? Is matlab must be installed on the second pc that runs the exe file? And how I connect all the libs and includes for the pc that runs the exe file?
