Error accessing video device in Simulink

I am trying to aquire video from an axis ipcam in Simulink using Matlab R2018a. I can access the video stream on Windows using AXIS Streaming Assistant, however I can not access the device in Simulink.
I get the following error:
I have installed all the drivers and I checked that no other app is aceessing the cam. I also tried to access the video stream from matlab and I get the same error
