How can I model a virtual camera in matlab?

Hi everyone, I'd like to simulate the behavior of a real calibrated camera, as a virtual camera. I tried to model it using the axes parameters of gca, but I would like to define pricipal point directly or using camera target and camera position. Can someone help me? Thank you
