Matlab script to load a .mat file based on entry in dialog box

I have a .m script that receives a number of user inputs. One of the styles is a listbox and the output of the list box is stored in an element 'Answer.List'. This is the name of the .mat file that I want to load into workspace. I am able to get the name of the .mat file in the variable Answer.List. How do I load this .mat file onto workspace?
