what do the variables in 'normalize2actual' mean

I have got various spectral density values which are in the range of 360nm to 780nm. These particular generated spectral density values are all normalized. how do i get actual values from these normalized ones

You cannot de-normalize a signal unless you know some other properties of the original un-normalized signal e.g. energy of the original signal. If you have no information, then you cannot determine a unique de-normalization.
